The appointed SME provides advice on technical, operational and safety aspects of the projects.

Our team travels as Client Representatives worldwide. Experienced personnel with IOGP Client Representative certification will ensure that established processes are followed. We monitor and guide project execution to ensure legislative and contract compliance.

Changes, non-conformances and incidents are reported immediately. Solutions/mitigations are sought together with Client and project team. If major changes are required, these will be implemented only in line with Client’s documented procedures.

Insea Quality Services are happy to carry out independent third party audits to verify agreed compliance. Our experienced consultants provide constructive and current guidance to meet requirements within the described time frame. We suggest areas of improvement, and can support follow-up and close-outs when required.
